ENERGY BAR WITH EINKORN FLAKES, CHIA SEEDS AND CASHEWS

The combination of useful ingredients such as einkorn, chia seeds, dates and nuts increases the overall tone and performance of the body.

Ingredients:

  • 350 g dates (pitted)
  • 1/3 cup of cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of desiccated coconut
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 100 g raw cashew nuts (crumbled)
  • 30 g dark chocolate (broken into pieces)
  • 1/3 cup of einkorn flakes (soaked in water for 10 minutes)

Method:

  1. Use a blender to puree the dates. Add the cacao powder, chia seeds, coconut, vanilla and salt and blend until a homogenous mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into a clean bowl. Add the cashews, dark chocolate and well-strained einkorn flakes.
  3. Place one end of a long sheet of baking paper in a tray. Spread the mixture in the tray and use the rest of the paper to cover it. Let it sit in the fridge for the night.
  4. Enjoy the energy bar in the morning! Slice it as you like.
