Ingredients:
- 1 cup of wholegrain einkorn flour
- ¼ cup of raw cacao powder
- ¼ cup of brown sugar
- ½ cup of butter
- Vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 25 g culinary chocolate (crushed)
- 20 g crushed almonds
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Use a whisk to mix the butter and sugar.
- Add the rest of the ingredients – einkorn flour, vanilla extract, cacao powder, salt, cinnamon, almonds and chocolate. Stir well until a thick homogenous mixture.
- Leave the dough in the freeer for 20 minutes.
- Shape the dough into flat balls with the size of a walnut. Arrange the cookies on baking paper, used to cover your baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees, for about 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool down and they are ready to be served.
