Ingredients:
- 250 g einkorn flour
- 250 g apple or rose hip flour
- 70 ml olive oil
- 450 ml slightly warm water
- 350 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- ½ tbsp. ginger
- Vanilla extract
- 70 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g poppy seeds
Method:
- Mix the olive oil, water and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Dissolve the baking soda in a couple of tbsp. water and add to the other mixture.
- Add the einkorn flour, apple flour, sunflower and poppy seeds. The dough needs to be thick but easy to shape.
- Spread the dough in a baking tray (use baking paper). Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, for about 35 minutes.
