Easy, quick and tasty recipe for banana cake with einkorn flour and dark chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. butter (melted)
  • 1 cup of einkorn flour
  • baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • vanilla extract
  • 150 g raisins (soaked in water or liqueur)
  • 100 g chocolate (broken into small pieces)
  • 3 bananas (cut into small pieces)

Method:

  1. Mix the eggs, sugar and butter with a whisk in a large bowl.
  2. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla, raisins, chocolate and bananas.
  3. Pour the mixture into a long baking tray.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
